FAQ Shipping Bracelets
Can I pick up my wristband at CC Saler (Valencia)?
Yes. First you must completethis form and select how you would like to receive your bracelet:
Collection at CC Saler (Valencia) from May 21 to May 23 (Hours: J from 16h to 20h and V-S from 12h to 15h and 16h to 20h). There will be a collection point for wristbands at: “Plaza Central”, located on Floor -1. You can pick up all the wristbands you have purchased in your purchase process. In case of collecting the wristbands purchased by another buyer, you must bring his or herauthorizationand a photo of your ID.
Home delivery: Choose an address where you want the bracelet to arrive. Shipments begin in March.
- Pick up at Pick Up Point: You must select a Zip Code. TIPSA will inform you of the exact Pick Up Point when the order is shipped.
Do I have to nominate my subscriptions before filling in the address?
You must nominate your subscriptions before filling in the shipping address where you will receive all the wristbands purchased in the same purchase process.
What do I do if I have not received my wristband?
Wristbands are shipped until the week before the festival. When your order is shipped you will receive an email from TIPSA (we recommend checking spam just in case). In case of incident with your shipment or if you do not request the shipment, you can go to “Accreditations” (entrance of the venue) and ask for yours showing your ID and your season ticket.
Do I need an ID card to access the premises?
Yes, it is mandatory to show your ID at the time of accessing the site. You must arrive with your wristband on and active + your ID card.
Will all wristbands be shipped?
All festival wristbands are shipped home or to the indicated pick-up point. The shipments will start in march 2026
Who receives the wristbands?
How do I pick up at the TIPSA point?
Wristbands will only be shipped to the peninsula. Buyers from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla must pick up their wristbands at the point provided at the festival.

How can I check the supplements linked to the subscription?
You can consult the supplements linked to your subscription here. If you have an active wristband, you can check them by scanning the QR code on the wristband.
How do I make a name change after receiving the bracelet?
When a name change is made, the wizard information is automatically updated. You only have to give the wristband to the new assistant so that he/she can access without any problem by showing his/her ID card.
How do I activate the bracelet?
The wristbands will arrive deactivated and you will have to follow the following process to activate them:
STEPS TO FOLLOW
- Scan the QR code of a wristband with your cell phone.
- Click on the Activate Wristband button.
- Enter the code of your subscription (you can find it in the subscription).
- Wear the wristband on the day of the festival.
- Bring your ID card to the festival, it will be checked at the entrance to the site that the bearer of the wristband is the season ticket holder.
What do I do if I lose the bracelet?
It is very important that you do not lose your wristband, as without it you will not be able to access the festival. If you lose it, you must go to the incident center on the day of the festival and pay for a new one.
Incident hours are from 2pm to 1am on Friday and from 3pm to 1am on Saturday.
How do I pick up the bracelet for my child?
All minors between 0 and 9 years of age must go to the entrance of the venue to pick up their festival wristband. The parent or legal guardian must show the authorization for minors and will be given the child’s wristband directly at the entrance.
How do I know that my wristband is the official festival wristband?
Official wristbands will only be sent through authorized TIPSA channels, and the promoter will not be responsible for wristbands not purchased through these channels. The bracelet has a chip that is unique and non-transferable, guaranteeing its authenticity.
